Shane Gabier和Chris Peters兩位設計師鐘情于廓形的設計，靈感多來自于性的次文化和年輕主義，他們重視面料細節，他們大膽嘗試糅合色彩、混合圖案、拼接材質的技法，使Creatures of the Wind的女裝青春洋溢之余帶有幾絲小心機，對藝術靈感的捕捉在成衣設計上的應用得到了很好的詮釋�
Shane Gabier和Chris Peters是在芝加哥藝術學� （School of the Art Institute of Chicago� 學習時尚設計時相遇，畢業后于2007年便共同創立品牌。Creatures of the Wind品牌一�發布��2011春夏紐約時裝周，之后雖在各大零售商店出售但生意一直不佳，年銷售額不足100萬美元�2013�6月，Creatures ofthe Wind獲得皮牌管理和投資公司Dock Group注資，Matthew Walker擔任Creatures of the Wind總裁兼首席執行官。Dock Group的注資也讓Creatures of the Wind開始建立生產和采購等基礎設施，并從目前的3個員工增加至14�5個，同時也計劃與一些零售商建立合作關系開設門店，拓展品牌�
